  1. Reception Duties:
    • Greeting visitors warmly and ensuring they are comfortable.
    • Answering phone calls promptly and professionally.
    • Directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
    • Managing the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
    • Resolving customer complaints in a polite and timely manner.
    • Keeping customer service logs and records up to date.
    • Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information.
  3. Administrative Support:
    • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
    • Coordinating appointments and meetings.
  4. Communication:
    • Communicating effectively with internal teams and external parties.
    • Distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  5. Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
    • Basic knowledge of computer software (e.g., MS Office, email clients).
  6. Hospitality and Organization:
    • Ensuring the front office and reception area are tidy and presentable.
    • Assisting in organizing and coordinating events or conferences.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.
    • Providing support to other departments as needed.

Requirements:

 

  • Education: Graduate from a reputed university (MBA preferred)
  • Experience: 0-2 years of past experience
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software.
